“The service (well my mum gets as she contacts Hastings in my behalf) is excellent. My annual premium has dropped by more than half due to the very easy app I use to see how I?m driving. The calls she makes are always answered quickly and the queries are always answered. My mum had recommended my nan to Hastings as she?s so impressed with the service”

“The decision to go with Hastings Smart Miles as my first insurance company was probably the best decision ever. The whole thing has been so simplistic and straight forward. I have recently contacted the customer service team for additional sticky pads for the black box due to having a new car battery & the lady was brilliant, really easy to talk to as well plus the wait time was minimal. Thank you!”

“Excellent premium saving on having the smartmiles box fitted to my car. Fitting service was brilliant and very efficient. It will encourage me to drive to a higher standard and I get a tracker into the bargain if the car is stolen.”
