“I have been with Hastings Smart miles since March 2017 when I passed my driving test. My insurance was initially ?1300 however after a year of good driving it has decreased to ?650 which is amazing !! they monitor your speed/mileage/braking and a few other things and give you an overall score. My score has always been about 80 so I knew my discount would be good. I have had to ring a few times to do things such as change details and change my number plate and they did it for me with no charge. Amazing so I will be staying with them for another year until my new renewal. Perfect for young/ first time drivers. The black box isn?t as scary as people think it is”

“I bought a policy last year . Cheapest on the market as this was my first year driving. I had a black box fitted no problem. Renewal this year has now been halved! I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side of things (thankfully) very happy with service so far . Thank you”

“The staff are always very friendly and help any way they can. On the few occasions I have called I always get my problem resolved. I?ve never waited longer than five minutes on hold but whoever answers the call will apologise for my wait. Generally fantastic experience each time Thanks”
