“Good insurer to start off on a black box. Their customer service team were very helpful when it came to answering questions about my policy and the black box worked well when I had a near miss and came off the road. I was called promptly after and was asked questions regarding the incident. It went well because nothing had been hit or damaged and I did not need to make a claim, and the person on the phone to me was very understanding.”
