“I have not had a problem with Hastings since i brought my car insurance a year ago, going into my second year with them having the telecom box and it has reduced my insurance significantly. Very happy!”

“Really easy to contact with any concerns, had absolutely no trouble throughout the three years I was with them and when I got a new car, switching the black box and insurance over was easy! All staff that I contacted throughout the time I was with them were really helpful.”

“The customer helpline service is so friendly and easy to talk to. As I get quite anxious about talking to people over the phone the nice man I spoke to made me feel very comfortable and he was so patient when I asked him to repeat anything or explain something I didn't understand.”

“Hastings Direct are the best Insurance company I have ever dealt with I would recommend them to anyone. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and I had a nice discount thanks to the smart box and my driving, I scored 90 for this renewal out of 100. Hope to score more next year Thanks Hastings”

“Whenever I have had to ring them I have not had a bad experience. I think it shows that they are a good company as I am staying with them for another year. The price is reasonable and I dont mind having a black box. So all good for my first insurance company.”
