“Was a little worried when I read all the reviews, just done 3 journeys and scored 100%. I have a Jeep Renegade that as a eco screen for fuel economy , I follow this and it's quite difficult and usually score in the 80s. Your gear changes have to be bang on, acceleration, deacceleration and speed much harder. The poor reviews won't realise how well you have to drive, you have to slowly go up and down your gears and try not to use your breaks, when you do use them gently.”

“My first car insurance after passing, it was the cheapest with a monthly cost of £140, the box was easy to fit and stayed on 100 for 32 days and now I'm on 97 and it's been 57 days, you just have to be really cautious with speed, will definitely renew if the price is right.”

“Well personally for me this insurance company have been really good. My first year I paid just under 1200 including breakdown cover and when I came to renew my insurance I was quoted under 500 ! Including breakdown ! It was fantastic !”

“I took this smart miles box out a couple of days ago. I've done one journey of 86miles mostly motorways. I drive at a steady 50-60mph to get fuel economy - guess what... on this one journey I scored 100% for speed, 100% for braking, but 0% for acceleration. I guess Hastings Insurance don't know how to join a motorway correctly... For the record, i'm 45 years old and rather awkard so intend to be a fly in the ointment with Hastings and beat their target of 50% despite their scams. I voted this 5 stars to draw attention, as it looks like most people wouldn't even rate 1 star. Watch this space in 2017 for further feedback.”

“Absolutely fantastic, only had 1 issue when I changed my Reg plate to a private one, but there was a misunderstanding and was quickly resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to absolutely anyone!!”

“I made a enquiry about how the feedback scores for time of day, acceleration, braking and speed were calculated- received an e.mail back but still unclear as they seem to carry a different rating. It also seems they penalise (i.e. score of 0/100 ) if the car isn't driven for whole days. Doesn't seem fair. Otherwise very good.”

“Really pleased with my policy and even more pleased with he customer service I have just received. Spoke to a young man named Tom for the best part of half an hour and every question I had he answered honest and truthful. 10/10.”
