“I was just about to hang up after speaking to Keith who apparently put me though to new policies, I stared from 4 in the que to 1, then cut off. the next step was all the options again, now No1,then No1, then No1 get the drift. Suddenly Ian answers, well I moaned and groaned, Ian was brilliant,sat, listened, and was understanding. Obviously a gremlin in the system. I was going to get 3 quotes as this is my forth policy at present. Did not get any more quotes, paid for policy all done and dusted. Fabulous service in the end. Many thanks Ian, I sure hope you are appreciated. Well done and thanks again.”
