“Ross was absolutely wonderful throughout getting my quote then carrying out the insurance. I was in 2 minds at first about taking the insurance out due to finding a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere however the customer service displayed of Ross persuaded me to choose to go with Insurance Factory! I asked to speak to him whenever i called, if he wasn’t available he rang me back ASAP and was very helpful.”

“I called for a quote and spoke to a gentleman called ‘Ross’. He found me an unbeatable quote but at that point i wasn’t sure if i wanted to go ahead. I emailed him and he called me straight away when i wanted to make an amendment. When i then chose to go forward with the quote he called me at a time that suited me and was very thorough and clear. I have now gone forward with this insurance despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere however i have paid £20 more just for the amazing customer service.”
