“Ian, the gentleman who help me was a really nice guy. It was actually quite fun. Sadly though I have cancelled as I found insurance on line cheaper by £130. He was lovely though. Really cheered me up.”

“Mike at the Insurance Factory went above and beyond to help me. He was most sympathetic to my needs, and did his utmost to help. I am comfortable that he found me the best deal possible, and he always called me back when he said he would etc etc. I would recommend without any hesitation.”

“Ross helped me get a great insurance for my car and was super helpful. He was able to organise insurance with other companies and called me back in good time to inform me of my options. Thank you Ps: the customer review stars are not working but if they did I would select 5 star.”
