I would like to highlight how helpful Joe and Ian have always been, and how swiftly Sarah from customer service resolves problems. Been a customer for over 13 years and still happy! 5 stars !”

“Had no response to my phone calls over a two weeks period . Finally got to speak to Ian today and he deserves 5stars. Good telephone manner and has sorted me out with a good result and a saving on the previous van insurance. He even called me (a 67yr) "young lady" can't fault him for that!”

“Ian - my phone ran out and he called me back. It was well after 8pm and he could have just not bothered. Excellent excellent guy - went above and beyond the call of duty to leave me extremely satisfied. Can not praise him enough, Total assets to the company- Ian should be training people on how to make other call handlers do the same job. 110% all day everyday. Thank you. Michael 🦅”
