“I have now dealt with The Insurance Factory twice for insurance policies. Ian Quinn was my go to person on both - totally my choice as I did have engagements with other personnel. I actually asked for him for the second insurance as he impressed me so much on my first engagement. He is welcoming, understanding, intuitive and very logical. He made the whole process clear and was very thorough. He took time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. A very genuine guy I felt and clearly an asset to the organisation as I returned specifically to him. We got really very reasonable quotes and I was totally reassured we were dealing with an pedigree organisation. Well done.”

“I was with Tesco and they decided upon renewal date that my premium was going up £40 regardless of no claims etc so I got in touch with insurance factory who actually halved what my original payments were, The guy I dealt with on the phone was really friendly and helpful and tried his best to get me the lowest possible quote and so I am very happy with the service etc and the price.”

“Dealt with Ian Quinn, he was brilliant. Waiting on the call took ages about 30 minutes but it was worth the wait. The quote was a fantastic quote and Ian was clear and concise in his explanation. Took 2 days to sort out again nothing to do with Ian more complications around my car..”

“I'm a "Special referral" customer so the 2 guys I spoke to had to work hard to get me decent quotes, taking several hours each time. The prices were a bit crazy expensive, but about half the prices of others! Full marks for their effort and service, both lads a pleasure, and human, to deal with.”
