“Phoned up the insurance factory to get my quote, Ian Quinn the gentleman I spoke to was amazing, redone the quote for me also very polite and cracked a few jokes and was funny, but also very professional, got the price down and also couldn’t do much more for you, very friendly. For the company I think I made the right choice. Price was great and again professional. Highly recommended”

“Ian was efficient and cheery and was aware that I had been waiting on hold for some time before getting through to him; I appreciated that. He speeded things up without rushing me at all, and (importantly) has been very prompt in responding to further communication. Which is all I ask, really.”

“I often just want a straightforward easy process when buying insurance. I received exactly that with Ian and I think it was quite a complex situation. Ian went far beyond expectations even having to ring me late evening as I'd given wrong email address, and I needed insurance the next day. I'll be asking for Ian's help from now on. I've changed after 20 years with other insurer, who are great, but this is better.”
