“When I first tried to open a policy I made a mistake in the application, this was eventually realised by both myself and yr company,after discussion with one of your helpful advisors the original policy was cancelled and a new one set up all happening on the same day by Barclays visa debit card. Unfortunately Barclays then paid you in full for both policies! I quickly emailed your advisors who also quickly responded promising to reimburse me the cancelled policy. Unfortunately I still have not received that money...still waiting 8 months later,please see the transactions from that time..”
“Got quote online for £160.You then have to validate policy.After wasting hours of my time trying to validate they increased my policy by 50%.I therefore decided to cancel my policy.Despite assurances that there would be no admin fee they then charged me £20.As others have stated I would give a no star rating if this was possible.DO NOT USE.”

When I said I'd never come across this in 20 years I was told he worked in insurance and knew what he was talking about. Continued to be rude and said that he doubted what I was sayin was true. Also refused to give me his full name.”
“Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with .I cancelled my insurance today as I found the same cover for 1/4 of the price and was charged 191.00 just to cancel . and to top it off several hours later I received an email telling me that I have an outstanding debt of 191.00. Obviously the 191.00 that I'd just paid !!! and threatening me with a debt recovery agent. worst company ever !!! just stay away from them !!! think they just stick another £100 on your bill just for talking on the phone !!!”
“Worst insurance ever.
Had an accident (non fault) had legal claims assistance but when it came to it, they said they do not cover legal costs and only point you in the direction of their solicitors. This was not made clear and now have a legal bill. Their people are not always helpful and there are so many different parts to this insurance and they do not communicate with them. Do not use, you have to pay legal expenses if you have an accident, fault or not!
Stay clear!”
