“Travel Insurance Winter Sports does NOT cover hire equipment!!! If your hire equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, you have NO cover! And you will have to pay out hundreds of pounds.”

“We have unfortunately had to make an ongoing claim with John Lewis as our dog started to suffer with a knee problem which the vets are unsure about the cause of. John Lewis have made the claiming process quick and easy and have always been sympathetic towards our situation despite the fact we have made claims through our own vet, a referal vet and a separate physio. I would defiantly renew with them and recommend to others.”

“Renewal for this policy was significantly more expensive direct from JL. Saved money by using comparison website then calling JL direct - after discussion they renewed at the lower website quotation!”

“Iv'e found J LEWIS insurance quite good on taking out a policy with them. They are much the same as any quality provider, I just feel comfortable with them. I have no need yet to make a claim thankfully so i can't comment on that side of the policy.”

“John Lewis were not only great value, but very helpful. I bought this policy online for my mother-in-law but she also wanted a printed copy of her policy. They were more than happy to oblige and understood the situation - no questions asked. .”
