“Received quote (the best cheapest quote) however went to pay IN FULL (as I stated I would pay IN FULL in original quote) & the only option was to pay in instalments!!! (which charge an absolute fortune in interest) Tried phoning to pay IN FULL however you were closed (sat eve & sun lunchtime) It's bank holiday tomorrow & I expect you'll be closed then too !! A good way of getting more money from your customers- I have paid a deposit & will be taking this up further when you are eventually open !!!!!!!!!!! As I'm not happy paying in instalments.

“The payment screen asks for a CV2 number. I didn't know what this was and had to google it. It is the number normally called security code or 3 digit security code, I have never heard it called a CV2 number before.”
