“The payment screen asks for a CV2 number. I didn't know what this was and had to google it. It is the number normally called security code or 3 digit security code, I have never heard it called a CV2 number before.”
“Seriously people, you've go to check your policy every year. My current insurers decided to up my renewal to over a £1000, checked out the old comparison sites and found the same cover, same company for £300!!! Shisters! Needless to say I cancel my renewal. Gone back to Kwik Fit whom I've used in the past and were very good when I had to claim. No doubt they'll try the same tricks next year as the buggers are all the same with renewals I've found and I'll have to swop again.
Moral of the story, don't be complacent, it'll cost you.”
