“I have only been insured with this company for a short period of time, and I have missed a payment so rang them to arrange the monies to be paid on a particular date when I was going to be on holiday, but they did not take the payment as the said I had to ring to do that but the girl on the phone did not state this. I would not insure myself of advise anyone to go with this company. They don't have any customer service skills, respect of understanding for their customers and should not be insuring people if they cannot commit to their policies.”
