“I would have rated no stars if given the option. Absolutely disgusting customer service! They were having trouble locating my adress, even though every other company, bank, tax, electoral and who know what else have never had a problem. There was no effort to rectify this to gain a customer, instead the call agent just tried to hang up the phone on me with no explanation or ways to solve the problem. Ectremely rude and I'm glad I have not gone with this insurance company.”

“#1 Jodie was very helpful indeed and sorted out our renewal and explained everything clearly so she was great - thank you Jodie. But, I called earlier and spoke to another advisor who "checked" my details and told me that we were no long eligible for renewal even though we had received a renewal policy and amount! I was exceedingly disappointed as you can imagine. When I called back again and managed to speak to Jodie she looked into my query and advised that the previous advisor thought that my renewal was for a private car not my Motorhome!! I would have thought that if my details had been correctly checked the advisor would have known what type of vehicle I was calling about. I'm glad I did call back to check and renewal sorted in the end. Just please check that they know what type of vehicle you own!”
