“I liked Jodie who dealt with my renewal. Questions I asked were answered well and information from her delivered very well. Professional yet personable and made me feel I mattered which is a difficult balance to perform with so many clients to deal with. “I spoke with David Smith on 21/09/17 to finalise my policey REF: 00-HARV02PC01. Even though the phone call lasted roughly half an hour he was very helpful and engaging. He made it a smooth process and answered all my questions. He was very nice and a credit to Lady Bird Insurance.”

“I had a great experience with Ladybird insurance. I dealt with Ellie-Mae Brown and she was fantastic! I'm still relatively new to insuring my car as I haven't been driving too long but she was extremely helpful and responded to my emails very quickly.”
