“I was too disorganised to send Lancaster a merc club membership number – because I didn’t prove I was a member they bumped my premium up by £170, they didn’t have my card details on file because I paid in full so they just cancelled the whole policy and charged me over half the policy amount for three months. All of this happened in the space of two weeks while I was on holiday, nobody bothered to call me. Customer service is "computer says no" Sales team are salesy and irritating. Avoid.”
