In January, I reported damage to my car and have since left two messages on your website, but no action from you. The only contact seems to be when my monthly payment was late. I am disgusted with your customer relations. In view of your lack of contact, I decided to cancel my policy and go for a much cheaper one - and you have the nerve to ask for £101 cancéllation fee. It seems I am expected to go with the policy, but same does not apply to you. High premiums and no service. Disgusting! Would not recommend Lloyds to anyone else.. By the way; I am not paying you any cancéllation fee.

Top in WORST banks! Snobbish, unethical and incompetant branch staffs. First, I am a customer but I was left feeling that I need to beg them to approve the opening of my account. Totally under informed and not trained to deal with expats and only follows so-called "Protocol/Database" that varies in the hands of different banking advisors at different branches. Poorly treated with unwelcoming attitute by a Personal Banking Advisor named "Loreta Cirkova" that raise her voice and telling me "Your are not listening Sir" when I am trying clarify the required documents that I was told sufficient proof for bank opening by the advisor over the telephone but declined in branch. FYI, the amount of my income tax alone is definately worth more than your monthly income. My housing rental is worth more than what you can afford for monthly dispoble. SORRY you just lost my business! But I must give credit to their friendly telephone-line advisor which I have to give credit for their patient and effort to understand my situation as an expat whom just relocated and in need to start a bank.

Lloyds insurance offer absolutely appalling customer service. It's practically non existent. Be Warned - if they get something wrong they are not willing to correct it and want 2 days for a manager to call you back and 5 days for their customer relations to get in touch by post or email!!!! When you have a problem today...you need some action today!!! Not next week!!! This is honestly the very worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. God knows what would happen if you needed to make a claim.!!!!

Have been with lloyds for 25 years but finally have had enough of the dreadful service at the Chingford E4 branch There are less cashiers now only 2 with the horrendous new automated teller which I tried to use today as queue was very long as usual Branch opened late 1015 instead of 930 I felt humiliated in the branch by the way the cashier Christine spoke to me when my card was retained in the machine because I was timed out She wanted I'd to prove who I was even though I have banked there for 20 years I used to enjoy seeing the staff there but they have all gone now There is no customer service anymore at the Chingford branch I am looking forward to changing my account now using switch service I am disgusted with how hard it was to pay money into my account

Absolutely appalled at being charged £25 admin fee for a change of address! A fee was paid to take out the car insurance in the first place! Will be changing insurers as soon as possible.

Absolutely disgusting. Renewal price has just shot up by £80.00 with no reason at comment at all. Simply my new price. Not a chance Lloyds. From £190.73, up to £263.88.???.. Insurance companies are all up in arms over insurance fraud, but are quiet happy to simply rip off existing and loyal customers it seems. Just been on go compare and Lloyds are not even in the same ball park. Esure have just offered me the same cover for £156.00, so infact, even lower than your old price. Guess i shall be taking my custom elsewhere then.

lloyds bank car insurance is a complete rip off. My car insurance has just shot up by almost £80.00 a year with no reason at all. Talk about loyalty.?. After going onto go compare, it seems that lloyds are no longer even in the same ball park their quote was so costly. Insurance companies are up in arms over insurance fraud but are more than happy to rip off loyal customers. Due for renewal 28th April at £263.88, up from £190.73. ???.. Absolutely disgusting. Guess what lloyds.??..Esure have just offered me the same cover for £156.00, so even better than last years price. Guess i shall be taking my custom elsewhere.

Just had a renewal price which has lept to almost £100.00 extra each year. What is it with these rip off insurance companies of today.?.Does loyalty not mean anything to them at all.?. I have just gone on gocompare and lloyds are no longer even in the ball park, they are so costly. Insurance companies are up in arms over fraud, but seem happy to rip off existing customers without even thinking about it. Absolutely disgusting. 30 years of driving without even a parking ticket and this is my treatment. Almost £300.00 for a tiny little Streetka.. Good bye lloyds and thanks for nothing.

$350 currency bought and when I picked it up it consisted of 2x$100 & 2x$50. I enquiried whether I could get lower denominations for small expenditure in the Caribbean I was told I should've read the T&Cs and they would buy them back from me at 10% premium to them. The advise US dollars for the Caribbean and travel sites advise low denominations. Explained this and was told it was my fault and they wouldn't help. Customer for all her 30 years. Arrogant, poor quality service.

If I could score a zero I would... Upon having my first accident (third party at fault), Lloyds insurance were not at all interested in helping because I wasn't prepared to claim on my own insurance. I have been pushed from pillar to post with companies I haven't heard of, lloyds do not want to know. They even lied to me explaining that I couldn't take the claim further with third party as their insurance company wasn't even aware of the accident - offence, no???? I rang Aviva myself to find out the third party had reported the accident as I did on the day. Despicable. Shocking service considering the money I spend a month. I will NOT be renewing, in a million years, never again.

Bank has refused to act on written instruction from 95 year old great grandmother to simply move funds between her Lloyds accounts. In addition also refused to certify a birth certificate for 1 week old baby to enable a financial product to be opened. Top bank serving the needs of families......not!!
