DON'T BUY LLOYDS BANK HOME INSURANCE - where are these "good" ratings coming from? Took one whole hour to get a quote and another half hour NOT to take out insurance. The operator kept telling me they were "regulated" and kept reading me long repetative scripts about items that did not apply to me. However many times I said they did not apply to me, she still insisted she had to read everything to me. When I changed to a manager, he did the same. If they are this bad before purchase, what are they going to be like in the event of a claim. All this is compatable with general Lloyds Bank inefficiency. Strongly suggest you stay away - do not consider taking out insurance with this organisation unless you have time to waste.

We dissatisfied with the service, we called more times to have an appointment to open a new business bank account, they sent me a email to said they lost my application. We went for few time in the branch and again I took another appointment. After 2 weeks we had an appointment finally, but they have created problems. We very very disappointed about that.

Absolutely disgusted with customer service and customer relations manager, over the course of one week I have phone Lloyds every day to discuss my account I have been cut off, put on hold for hours and then cut off, told to ring back another day and today finally got through to the correct department only to be told they have no authority and kept me in the call for 3 hours. I have been a life long customer but not anymore, I could not even talk to someone who could speak English properly. Terrible terrible service shame on you Lloyds!!!

Vivisectors_politicians_and_the_law_are_murderers@hotmail.com, The_law_is_worse_than_criminal_and_a_law_unto_itself@outlook.com, NB: PLEASE forward to Anglo Swiss Mining, whom the last I heard operated out of Hastings, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. And one should be able to just copy and / or cut and past their e-mail address and name therein and not have to endure the tedious task of typing as such, as you've already wasted 27 years of my life and money endeavouring to find and equitable resolution to the mess your bungling incompetents created! I lamentably purchased some shares from their Branch at Henlow Village, Bedfordshire, albeit, 1990, then valued at £750, But the incompetants, mis-placed them in their vaults and they didn't materilise for 3 years, where upon I was after enumerable enquiries notified about as such. In the meantime, however they had devalued so much, that Anglo Swiss Mining issued a 2 for 1 notice. But those other bungling incompetants also mis-placed them, where upon a decade post purchase thereof, when I had then returned them to Hastings., Vancouver British Columbia, Canada, they had devalued so much as to be renderered all but worthless. If memory serves me correctly, circa 12 Dollars? However, having said that, and what I have since learned, I have more regrets about the environmental impact than monetary loss thereof. But it doesn't detract from the fact that this catalogue of gross incompetance and derelictionof duty of care and responsibility rests with Lloyds Banksters! Needless to say, this was my first and only ever share purchase. Despite that, having been robbed as I was in Latin America, not once but thrice I cannot possibly thank Lloyds (Middlesbrough) Bank (Branch). This because to my consternation, they received the postcare I had then forwarded in 1990, from South America and credited my bank account, £100, which enabled me to not only travel on and /or return, which I may not otherwise have been able to do so. Not only that, but I could only afford to pay £70 upon return and despite offering to refund the difference, upon receiving my student grant, some months later, they generously declined and wrote it off.

Tried to claim on my house insurance & although it said on both house and contents insurance fixed pipes included, on attempting to make a claim on the fixed pipe from my stop tap to the stop valve in the road I was told I wasn't covered. So will be looking for a new insurance company next year at renewal.

Disgusting ripoffs! Don't trust them to not take the mickey with yearly ninja increases. Ours is now so expensive it makes me sick to think just how much money they've taken over the years.

If you card is lost or stolen and fraudulently used Lloyds will do nothing. They will send you a new card but you will not recover your money.

I have found it increasingly difficult to transfer MY MONEY out of Lloyds to an outside savings account.Lloyds won't allow the payment by debit card, they say they will call to speak first, they don't.I try ringing the fraud office as thats what I am told in the text, fraud say I am not calling from my registered telephone so that ends the call,.I am having to set up a weekly direct debit to move the money SLOWLY.Last month I needed to transfere money again refused, they did ring this time but told me that a virus was detected.I have the best AV money can buy,I ran a scan and nothing was found.I have been with Lloyd 55 yrs and lately it has become totally frustrating.I am thinking now of moving elsewere when I have done the research.

I find that the Lloyds Business most managers are unethical and unhelpful.I started my business in October 2011 so I had 12 0r 18 months free banking after that they started to charge me the service charges every month average of £40 a month. Time to time they were sending me a letter saying to change my tariff to reduce my cost. I am not a very smart person and did not know how to do it either? So I had asked the business manager to change the tariff to the suitable one in more than 3 occasions. I even told them every time that I am too thick and don't understand also do not know how to change my tariff but they did not help. A few months ago they have charged me almost double the amount of my normal monthly charges. So, I rang and spoke to the business manager and he told me that was an error so he wiped the whole charges for that month and put me on a new tariff which is now costing me about £15 a month average which is a £25 a month average saving which is very good for a small business.I had recently raised a complaint about my previous high charges had taken by the bank and they have declined to pay the over charges. I am going to take this matter to the Financial Ombudsman also hope and pray that FCA should look into the high over charges taking by the multinationals Bank just like the PPI. So please if your tariff is not right then get some help and that will save you lot of your hard earn cash.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I've been dealing with the same complaint since January and nothing is ever done. They don't ring you back when they say they will so you have to start the whole procedure again with another person when you re-contact them; they cut you off after you have spent an absolute age trying to get through to the right department and are the most incompetent useless company our business has ever dealt with.

Buildings and Contents insurance RIP OFF!! I've been a loyal customer, 13 years protected no claims and they want £151 per month for the insurance.......needless to say I'm off to a quality outfit and only paying £39 per month. I should have noticed sooner...my fault....but they've sat back and been prepared to effectively take an unnecessary £1,200 per year from me for many years hoping I wouldn't notice. Even the customer services rep was astounded and told me to go somewhere else.....so I am....and I'll take my mortgage, credit cards, loans, etc with me.
