The staff were rude and unhelpful today. As a visitor to Bath it was disappointing to be told by 2 members of staff they were too busy to serve me and I would have to wait, even though they were at the cashier desk and didn't have a customer. Where is customer service, I help to pay their wages, they should have more respect for their customers.

The whole claim was a night mare and they took a month to get the car repaired which did not need a lot doing, the repair company was not very good would not recemend them

rip off having online ability to change details on car insurance as other insurers this is free if customers do it themselves but Lloyds charge £25 regardless, so not a good service at all. Also don't listen to what customer is telling them to do.

Put my son on the policy for 2 weeks so he could go on holiday as his car had broken Down was charged 25. 00 admin fee fine about that told just to ring up when I wanted to take him back off which I did only to be charged another 25.00 admin if I’d been told this we would never have done it would have been cheaper for him to hire a car just a total rip if Lloyd’s bank

Did not realise the substantial extra charges which were added to make changes to policy details, had I known perhaps I would have thought twice before purchasing policy

I was happy with originally the service. The issues began when I became unemployed and was charged 25 pounds for changing my employment status and a hike in premium. When I became employed again it was another charge and my premium stayed the same. Upon cancellation there was another 55 quid charge. Over 100 pounds in charges is disgusting. I got a newer car worth more than the old one insured elsewhere for half the price with this one. Avoid at all costs!

Just received a renewal quote from Lloyds bank and it has jumped up £30 to £73.07 a month not happy with that a will be looking at other insurance quotes

Before I purchased I rang to ask about business insurance I was told that I did not need it but my employers insisted when I rang them back they told I would have to pay another 40 pounds. Other insurance companies did not chare fir business use

Easy to access website, competitive quotes but cannot cope with multiple drivers in terms of NCD. Stayed with original insurer. Disappointed.

Bought through Lloyds bank but passed through to underwriter (AVIVA) at every request/complaint - appalling experience with AVIVA, inadequate and erroneous communication, took two months to resolve the claim, and only I fortuitously caught the underwriters garage in a mis-communication with Mercedes Benz that initially led them to decline the claim. No support from Lloyds.

When 1st agreed to this policy it was £42 a month as though I had 3 yr no claims but was on a mobility car and could not get proof of no claims so it doubled in payments

It was done in a rush whilst buying a new car Not really what I wanted cost £25 per change of details even though I have banked with Lloyds for 35 years awful ! I will not be renewing !

Searched through a website for cheaper car insurance as i was already with Lloyds and through a different site it came up mega cheaper than i had been quoted in my renewal so i went ahead and purchased it. But when i called and explained that i had found the same insurance cheaper was told i shouldn't be able to purchase it but as it went through they said that i could have it. Couple weeks later got a letter telling me that i will not be able to use Lloyds insurance again. Way to go
