very poor customer service, I am still attempting to complete a non-fault claim, 6 months later. They fob you off to Axa (the underwriter) who doesn't then really want to deal with you as you are through another 3rd party, in the claim I received about 5 or 6 calls for different people at different companies, 3rd party claims mgmt. via Enterprise, etc etc. I am a loyal Lloyds banking customer but these white label insurance firms just don't work, stick to the big names e.g. Direct Line, Admiral, NFU, Norwich Union etc, even if a few more quid in premium

Price competitive when we purchased, no easier or harder to do business with than others. Waiting to see how the renewal premium stacks up against others!

The policy was completely inflexible and wouldn't allow me to add anyone on will not use them again.
