“Cometetive price with a good range of cover, such as helmet, leathers, breakdown etc. Would have given 5 stars if it was'nt for the 55 pence per minute mobile call charge. !!!”

“When setting up my insurance, their website was unable to process my payment - I tried a bunch of times and it timed out every time. I then called to pay for the online quote, the call was cut off six times and I was given a quote £40 more than my online quote. I think I spoke to every person in the call centre - some of them twice before they finally managed to take my money from me. It took me about 3 hours to get this set up, as much as I can't speak for what they are like in the claims process, be prepared to go through several hours of frustrated phone calls before you actually get your insurance ..”
