“My second year with MCE, and have no reason to go elsewhere. There was a cheaper insurer, who ironically insures my car. They were offering riding abroad, not for me (yet), but no breakdown cover, say no more.”

“Payment for my policy was taken twice from my account. This was rectified promptly enough after the inconvenience of a protracted phone call as with all insurance companies phone systems. Overall not to bad an experience.”

“I recently lost my bank card which I had to replace and didn’t realise the monthly payment was tied to the card and not my bank account . I rang straight away this morning and because it was a day late they charged me thirty pounds . The woman I spoke to Rebeca was very unwilling to wave it and not very helpful for this reason I will never use them again and will be changing next year so be warned they like to take your money .”

“I am completely happy with my bike insurance but was absolutely disgusted to see I had a £14.71p bill on my phone for calling to arrange it and this was because every time I tried to pay online your site would not let me proceed so I ended up paying because your website was not working properly! Not impressed!!”
