“Cheapest insurance company however the quote went up from the comparison website and then during call the quote rose again because the operator read it incorrectly, after being on hold for 20 mins. However very friendly when I got through.”

“Been with mce for last 7yrs always had a reasonable quote had to use the breakdown cover this year with having 2 flat tyres at same time they got me sorted can't complain no issues so far”

“Price is very good, but excess £950 very high with no choice. Currently awaiting final payout for No Blame accident, told 4 weeks, in third now. Claim process very daunting you only find out when you have to use it. They appeared very sympathetic but once passed onto their solicitors Fletchers kept changing the person i was dealing with.”

“Had a renewal through for £255 so was happy as was £570 The previous year on calling found this was for third party fire and theft not fully comp which I had before so it’s not a renewal! Rang through to get a cocky arrogant man got it to£460 then while he was working I went on a compare site and got £370 then he said I can do it for £360 so save you £10 so I said cancel the policy and send me my no claims to which he started laughing and said I’m saving you £10. I replied if you had done that in the first place”

“Much easier than other companies I have tried and £700 cheaper than Lexham!! Everything appears to be covered (including roadside breakdown & a replacement bike). Arranged deposit and on-going payments on 2 different accounts with no trouble at all. Overall, very happy.”

“Over phone quote for a 2 bike policy was £150 more expensive than insuring bikes separately, same company, same policy, including Yamaha XVS 1300 with no no claims and hayabusa with full no claims. how is this possible. Was charged £45 pounds last year for change of garage address. It was to a better area and much more secure garage. Should of been £15. MCE didn't even reply to an E-Mail asking why. Why didn't I move?, laziness. Didn't want to go through the who;e details thing again. Will next year.”

“Quoted better than my last insurer, with all the extra items (Legal, clothing, helmet, breakdown, etc) included. Did on line quote then rang through to confirm, then paid to get insured. Very painless.”

“I’m 52 years young & have been 10 years away from biking, quotes for insurance ranged from £2200 to MCE with £365 for fully comp on a Z1000sx with Breakdown cover. Best deal on the market by far. Thank you MCE you put the smile back on my face.”
