“Happy with price of my new policy , the only bit was the lady spoke a little to quick for me and and quite other the that it was all good”

“I made a claim about 5 years ago. That's when you need them, right? Nothing was too much trouble. I found them very supportive and helpful and have used them every year since. Renewal staff very competent and friendly, as always.”

“I would've liked other options like full breakdown recover and 0 hour contract loss of earnings cover for those of us which depend on our own transport for & commuting to and from work. I know from past experience full compressive insurance doesn't cover everything like it is advertised generally, it would be nice to have additional options.”

“Best price BUT comparison websites allow you to add a voluntary excess making the price cheaper but when clicking to buy it takes the VE off and makes it more expensive.”

“I recently insured my bikes with MCE insurance. The standard level of cover is very good and represents very good value. Shame you can't get multi-bike quotes online but I guess once a year spending 10-15 mins sorting out your details is certainly worthwhile. The staff were prompt and helpful in setting up my policy too.”
