“We'll, I was happy with my quote but also very confused with the difference in quotes . But I have been with previous vehicle quotes. What I really don,t understand is that when you accept a Quote. And say a week or so later for a quote on the same vehicle using the very same inputs. You get an entirely different amount usually much higher. Is there some explanation for this Anomaly?”

“When called and given the same details quote increased by nearly £300, unpleasant guy on the phone and over 30 minutes wait on the phone. But they offer good insurance and a lot of benefits, I would still recommend. Maybe the person who served me was one off.”

“Good price for the cover on offer and thats what counts. Web site is a bit of a pain as I could not enter a multi bike policy and had to phone after entering all my details in more than once.”

“Quick service once I was able to speak to an advisor. However, lines were constantly congested before that, and the website was very difficult to get a renewal quote online. (Why not call up last year's details?). We also discovered that incorrect details had been put in last year (engine size) so technically I hadn't been insured for a year ! Why not let people enter their registration number for an "instant" look up of vehicle details??? Other insurance do this !”

“All very quick and painless, have used MCE for years the only criticism I would make is the policy docs should be in the Website in latest to oldest order i.e. current year first I nearly had a heart attack when I opened my policy doc to see 2016 as the date!”
