“Sorted my insurance quick and easy”

“Staff are polite and professional quick and efficient never had any complaints when I broke down the recovery brought the bike back to my front door when I renewed I was disappointed that I had to pay an admin fee of about 10% otherwise top class”

“Really easy to get cover, but not sure it's the easiest process understanding how to lower the premium with security. I was looking for advice on which lock to buy - e.g. recommended by insurer - and couldn't find any.”

“Little unhappy as I'm a customer my renewal was £190, but went to a comparison website and got the same policy with all the same benefits for £120.00 🤔 So obviously took out a new policy, apart from that all good.”

“Very happy with the service I received, was ending one policy and starting a new, been with MCE for a few years now and never had any faults. The price I was quoted was ok, but this was due to a brand new item, excess was high though, but first year in. Receive my documents by email quickly.”

“Good value. Renewed online but had to go through the whole quote process again. Would be nice to get an automatic renewal price. Also found the website finicky, not very easy to use, mainly due to the layout. Very small boxes. Took a while to update each time I entered a detail. Also would have been nice to receive a better reception when I initially rang for a quote. The male representative was lack lustre and said I’d be better going through the process on line as it would take 15 mins to go through the quote over the telephone and it would also be cheaper online.”
