“I had to go through go compare for a better price even though it was with yourselves but the person on the phone did try to better the online price but could not even match it which I find a little strange but have no complaints for the service I have received”

“I have one real complaint however despite awarding four stars. I have four motorcycles and at renewal time despite stating that nothing has changed for me I have to go through the whole renew and data gathering on each and every bike. Then when I can’t remember something exactly the person doing the renewal tells me !!!! Pointless and ridiculous. One other thing that annoys is the will you be carrying a passenger ? The bike has two seats how on earth can you know in advance for a whole year if you’ll carry a passenger !!!! Stupid. Other than that all ok but as I’ve never claimed probably not saying much. I also have a van and two cars, one day a tremendous insurance company will come up with everything covered under one policy ??? Once that happens I will go with that company and never change. Please do not send me more advert emails happy to leave my email but not to be used”

“Did quote through Go Compare. The best price available with, legal cover, helmet & leathers cover, roadside assistance and personal accident cover at £190 a year for a garaged 2017 MT-09. This is my first bike for a while so I don’t have any no claims discount. All went smoothly doing the purchase online. Downloaded the documents from their website once I had created an online account.”

“Changing my bike meant my policy being updated for the new bike, a little longer getting through than what I would have liked and experienced some problems hearing the operators questions as if his mouth piece was not positioned correctly, but all in all happy with the service, thank you.”

“Didn't have a brilliant 2018 with MCE with regards the total cost of my policy for the year, but after being given a voucher towards my 2019 policy , more than happy to try them again through 2019.”

“My 4th consecutive policy and year with MCE, very very cheap insurance for my KTM but I couldn't insure my GSXR (older, less CC and less valuable) without the premium almost trebling in cost. Let's hope that if the worst scenario should happen, they are just as good and quick to pay out.”
