“Good overall, although 2 points for improvement, when trying to pay from online purchase 1 struggled to understand telephone operator. 2 she had a different quote to what I had from a compare website with different excess amounts and details ???”

“As usual MCE was the cheapest. That’s good and despite me collecting 3 penalty points - it wasn’t much different in price from last year. One gripe though is that since renewing I have been contacted twice (once by phone) to tell me I haven’t renewed and am currently uninsured - simply because my address changed from last year. Bit disconcerting 🙈”

“I find the breakdown cover very disappointing, it as taken all the fun out of riding my bike, you can't make a breakdown call for the first 10 days so I can't ride my bike in this time so insured but unable to ride my bike crazy, also no callout if I breakdown within two miles from home so risk having to push a quarter of a ton motorcycle home and if on motorway that will be a night mate, this will be the last time I take out insurance with this company, they take your money but give terrible access rates and a ridiculous breakdown cover, shame on you”

“Easy to do although could do with more options on the security devices as i could only select one but i have ground anchor, oxford heavy duty chain, alarm, disc brake and brake lever lock”

“Competitive price and good options as standard (breakdown etc). Only disappointment was the excess which was one of the highest on offer. Still, you can’t have everything.”
