“I'm quite upset because I paid everything and even though, Jack the customer service advisor who got all my details for the insurance and I asked him many time for the documents to be sent to email so that way I could go to get my scooter in the shop at it is brand new and I can not take it because I haven't got the paper work as I requested to Jack White and he said he sent me the link to get the paper work but I was not true because I got the emails as proof of what I'm saying”

“Started a new bike insurance, much cheaper than my Bennetts renewal quote even after they cut it as much as they could. MCE forms simple enough to fill out and emailed return very quick. One issue was sorted quickly and efficiently. All good so far.”

“Makes me laugh on here, all good reviews and cheap Premiums = 5#. Wait until you actually need MCE to step up and Honour their Policy. You will ALL find out what sort of rubbish Company you have Insured your Vehicle with .....GOOD LUCK !!”
