“Quick and easy and cheap”

“My son was massively overcharged when renewing his policy despite remaining loyal to your company. He was, effectively, punished for this loyalty. When checking on a price comparison website I was able to secure a like for like quote from a competitor of yours for half of price charged by you. Shameful profiteering on your part, I will not be returning and will be advising my biker pals to steer clear of your company.”
