“You don't send me a renewal, you send me a reminder that it's due, not how much my renewal would be. Easier than going elsewhere. Your phone help line is ridiculously expensive.”

“Disappointed with close to a 17.5% increase in price even though I have made no claims, more so that their own documents sent on email was inaccurate trying to say the previous years policy cost more than it did, presumably trying to disguise the significant price hike.”
