“Customer service is poor. I was quoted an extra £60 after another year claim free and the couldn't explain why. I paid and got a receipt on the 3rd of January when my Insurance runs out 31st. Since then I have had six calls from them to see if I wanted to renew. Do they not look at the systems they operate. Poor Indeed - Wont be using them again.”

“It’s madness that a new quote with you was £460 but to extend a policy with you that I had for 1 month and paid £150 for, I was quoted over £600 to carry it on! I will now have to cancel my original policy and get just over £30 refund because of how much admin fee you will take for a policy I’ve had for 1 month.”
