“Very helpful and efficient. As a motorcycle instructor I spent most of a day trying to get cover separate from the school I do work for as their cover is only 3rd party. Apparently after 43 years riding without a claim I'm high risk and nearly gave up. Then mce last call of the day, brilliant, simple to work with and in a short time I'm covered. All the others could learn from mce. Highly recommend as first call.”

“Staff were very helpful but let down by faulty system which stated that my credit card was declined. After trying again I got the same message. Seems that payment had gone through-but twice . Took operative on chat over 30 mins to sort , then I still had to call to get refund . This was done very quickly and efficiently but I now have to wait a while for the money to be put back into my bank. As I said staff are courteous and professional and answered my call promptly.”
