“All agents we helpful friendly and professional when I got to speak to them - HOWEVER - I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes when I called up to extend my cover to provide European breakdown cover and that rather took the edge of things.”

“I have been insured with your company for 12 months, upon my renewal this year, some of the details were entered incorrectly by your operative. This subsequently took another 3 telephone calls by myself to get your mistake rectified. Finally an extremely efficient lady sorted it for me, she should get a bonus, she was great.”
