“My renewal quote email went to my junk box.. I didn’t receive any other emails. I thought my insurance continued otherwise. I got an email the day my insurance relapsed and MCE wouldn’t give me the same quote they wanted over £100 more”

“Happy with the price and the quote, I called up to accept the policy and was put on hold for over 5 times, transferred to 2 different departments and all I wanted to do was make a payment, the reps are very slow in dealing with calls, asking the same questions over and over again. Not happy with the service at all”
