“I wanted to put another motorcycle onto my existing policy but when I called your call centre it was going to cost me more to add to my remaining 4 months left on my existing policy than it was to take out a new policy over 12 months for the new motorcycle don't really understand why this is”

“Very poor indeed to get a more expensive renewal quote than if you just get a new quote online. Why don't loyal customers get a discount? Also the renewal process is painful & time consuming, surely if you can get a quote online you can renew online??”
