“Unable to speak to anyone and no one available to 'chat'. Still waiting for return email to reset my password which was only just set, and definitely not incorrectly entered.”

“Fantastic insurance quote, beating the nearest competitor by over £280. This is backed up by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. I initially had some trouble accessing my documents via the online portal, but this was resolved quickly and easily with a phone call.”

“Absolute joke of a company.. they went into administration cancelled my policy , thought I'd give them a chance , took out new policy .. then updated their own systems and threatened to charge me £30 if I didnt reply quick enough .. fast forward few months , I miss a payment as it's linked to your card not bank account. I phoned them up the same day . Made the payment and they charged me £30 . Phoned later in the day to change my address. The. They charged me £113 for changing one detail , the house number , Iv moved across my estate . No mangers , script read answers . Zero customer service . DO NOT BUY FROM MCE Date of experience: 01 October 2022”
