“Mce provided a competitive quote this time, previous experience tells me however that when you change bike if their quote is not competitive you lose what you paid in premium- there is no refund !”

“Terrible trouble paying online and the chat bot person 'PJ' closed the chat when I challenged why they kept asking me questions I had already answered. It was very poor customer service.”

“Very good service great value customer service was quite quick aswell,only complaint was don't have access to a printer so can't print policy asked customer service and they say its only done digitally...mmmmm.”

“Complete and utter s#•! show. Company runs into problems and customers left stressed, and out pocket until who knows when. Having just renewed I’ve had to pay twice for a policy within a couple of months, with no idea of when I’ll get my money back. And to rub salt in the wounds my policy has increased by 20% in two months. I’ll be actively searching for a new policy upon renewal time.”
