“After spending a total of over 4 hours on the phone for something CS changed, MCE would not admit fault. I had to buy a new policy again before I cancelled the wrong policy. I have since not received my documents to view online, only last years and the policy that I didn't want.”

“Not too much waiting on the phone. Clear and distinct English voice, free of all indistinct accents e.g. Glaswegian, Geordy or Asian, which often requires much repeating of a sentence. Simple and straightforward procedure. Friendly and cooperative staff. What more could I ask.”

“It was by far the best quote with all the extras I got. I.e. Pillion cover. Leathers breakdown etc. When I did speak to someone regarding my policy they were very pleasant and it was sorted out straight away no problems.”

“Documentation did not arrive. Incorrect information on statement of fact(due to mce). Excess went up from 650 to 775 due to this. Poorly informed operatives.”
