“The only problem with your customer service is Europa credit are a bit keen to start threatening cancelation of policy within a week of instigating policy and less from when policy starts. All sorted now Just payed in full!”

“Trying to get through the automated telephone system is a nightmare. Unhelpful customer service. Incorrect information on policy but wouldn't accept information over the telephone had to send photographic evidence. No contact telephone number on paperwork for breakdown cover!”

“10 Minutes going through pointless automated rigmarole, waiting for an adviser, this must be shortened. Then 20 minutes going through policy details where nothing needed to be changed from previous year! I lost the will to live. My opinion very poor!”
