“Octogon were not helpful and me being the customer had to keep chasing for an update, i wont be using them again!! Making a claim for a non fault accident was really hard and it felt as if i was in the wrong!!”
“A total joke, should be avoided at all costs, I have cancelled my ploicy before it even started but still got charged. no one from CS was able to tell me why I was insured for 23 hours and 59 min when I clearely cancelled my policy a few days before it started.”
