“The professionalism exhibited by staff leaves a lot to be desired, I was involved in accident and subsequently made a claim for repairs arrangements were made with their named body repair shop namely DW Walton located in Trafford Park I have been in touch with them on numerous occasions without success with regards to the repairs they provided me with dates on which the repairs will be completed 19.02.15,26.02.15 & 11.03.15 to date I am still waiting not only have they not asked me whether I required a courtesy car they have virtually made false promises resulting in me losing income by taking time off work anticipating delivery of the vehicle as promised. I have incurred exhorbitant premium phone charges in trying to contact their subsidiary responsible for arranging repairs, it goes without saying their customer service is appalling for that reason I am compelled to institute civil litigation for loss of earnings.”
