“I am disappointed that there is no zero stars option. The one time I actually needed support (a non fault accident) I have been treated like dog mess off the bottom of a shoe. I have been treated guilty and had to prove my own innocence. Instead I went direct to the third party and complained to octagon about my treatment. Which they have taken objection to and are trying to cancel my policy. DO NOT USE OCTOGAN !”

“Thought i was being looked after with my 1998 2.5 V6 vectra until i tried to change to a 2002 mk4 1.6 astra and was told my policy would increase from 80 per month to 180 per month!!! Absolute joke! So i cancelled the policy and went elsewhere...and to my surprise i recieved a cancellation fee through the post for a rediculous amount again...which they are still waiting for i'd like to add!! I pay 48 a month with another onsurance provider...how you guys got 180 i will never know...i wouldnt reccomend you to anyone!!!”
