“I recently had a non fault accident and octagon insurance is dealing with everything and arranged a courtesy car fast.
They are dealing with third party and all issues. My physio started quickly so hopefully a quick recovery!

“I am disappointed that there is no zero stars option. The one time I actually needed support (a non fault accident) I have been treated like dog mess off the bottom of a shoe. I have been treated guilty and had to prove my own innocence. Instead I went direct to the third party and complained to octagon about my treatment. Which they have taken objection to and are trying to cancel my policy. DO NOT USE OCTOGAN !”
“Renewed my policy automatically without my permission. For cancellation you incur in extra charges. Customer service helpless. I don't recommend this company to anybody.”
“Thought i was being looked after with my 1998 2.5 V6 vectra until i tried to change to a 2002 mk4 1.6 astra and was told my policy would increase from 80 per month to 180 per month!!! Absolute joke! So i cancelled the policy and went elsewhere...and to my surprise i recieved a cancellation fee through the post for a rediculous amount again...which they are still waiting for i'd like to add!! I pay 48 a month with another onsurance provider...how you guys got 180 i will never know...i wouldnt reccomend you to anyone!!!”
“Easy to set up a policy when your a paying customer and not the best. Had a claim and they tried to have my brand new car fixed by a back street garage.”
