“Worst company ever! Not even 24 hour service! Had to take out a 1 day policy on a new car because they were closed! Cancelled policy altogether and they slapped on a load of charges I was only with them for 11 days!!!”

“Poor customer service, they said my policy documents had been returned by royal mail undelivered, so they said I had to send them multiple forms of identification to prove who I was, sent them photocopies of utility bills and driving licence, they then demanded I send them copies of my bank statements, told them I wasn't willing to do that, this went on for weeks, took them newly 3 months for them to send my policy documents, wish I had spent the twenty quid extra to get a policy off a proper insurer, can't wait till May so I can change to another insurer, hoping I never need to make a claim on this policy as I don't want to have to deal with the very poor customer service offered by this company”
“Had my van over 2 weeks and still waiting for engineers report will not give a courtesy van until they have this costing myself to hire one as self employed definitely won't be using again and would advise to stay clear of this cowboy outfit”
“I would not recommend this company they took 3mths payments out then cancelled it due to me not sending the mandate bk but they could take money out via direct debt makes you laugh then charge me £130 cancellation fee”
