“Poor customer service, they said my policy documents had been returned by royal mail undelivered, so they said I had to send them multiple forms of identification to prove who I was, sent them photocopies of utility bills and driving licence, they then demanded I send them copies of my bank statements, told them I wasn't willing to do that, this went on for weeks, took them newly 3 months for them to send my policy documents, wish I had spent the twenty quid extra to get a policy off a proper insurer, can't wait till May so I can change to another insurer, hoping I never need to make a claim on this policy as I don't want to have to deal with the very poor customer service offered by this company”
