Bought a rabbit hutch from them. Within a few months it was falling apart. I came downstairs today and my rabbit had a fall and has passed away. Don't trust their cages. It was the "Ferplast Guinea Pig & Rabbit Home 240 Indoor Cage Grey 2 Storey"

Ordered on line and paid for next day delivery, got a email dispatched but just spent a hour on the phone and it hasn’t been dispatched. 4 to 5 working days for a refund. Disgusting service , will never use pets at home again Don’t bother paying for next day delivery.

Firstly the assistant Arun T went above and beyond normal duties. I was In a dilemma regards to getting a puppy collar and lead that was suitable for his training. He went through all the types of leads that would be suitable. He also went through the app and how it would benefit me. He even helped me sign up for the app. Fantastic young man. Nothing was too much trouble and he certainly didn't rush me.

Toby is my saint! Toby has treated my Angel like I would! Toby has groomed my very nervous baby Angel many times! Pets at home cos of Toby is my life line for my baby little dog Angel! Toby goes above + beyond to groom our little/ big dogs! From my heart ❤️ Toby, thank you sooooo much how you look after my Angel!!!!

Excellent company, the staff at the Grimsby store where I shop are very obliging and cannot do enough for you it is a pleasure to shop there also the store has a wide range of pet products at good prices well worth 5 stars.

Ordered Protexin fibre. Opened parcel and had got pedigree dentastix, worth £8 less. I mean, it was only one item, it’s hardly rocket science!

Went shopping for new puppy items. Jan came over to us to help. She was very knowledgeable and helped immensely with all products. It was so refreshing to talk to someone who listened, was realistic understanding our needs. Warrington, Winwick road site. Thank you Jan

Terrible company. I placed an order for a Hamster cage online, transaction went through with confirmation. 24 hrs later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to being out of stock. Less than 24 hrs later it was back in stock. So the day after I complained via live chat and after a few hours I decided to purchase the alternative cage to collect in my local store. Yet again my order went through, 10 mins later I received another email saying my order was cancelled due to being out of stock, yet the website said it was available? So now I'm waiting for 2 refunds on the same card. Surely a company this size can update it's stock levels before taking payments and orders. Appalling service !!!

We were served by Fiona and David in the Coatbridge Pets at home store. They were not only very efficient at their jobs but also very mannerly and helpful. It is nice to be treated with such respect as customers.

Dreadful company with Complaints handling service shocking. Purchased two rabbits as pets and both Rabbits developed Syphilis from the Doe. Despite resporting to local PAH shop where they were purchased. Just got "fobbed off" to contact their Head office. No empathy no apology from store Manager. Vets fees of nearly £800 and huge distress to our family, PAH were shocking and putting every obstacle to obtain a refund of vets fees. Complained via "resolver" to head of customer services and followed up complaint to CEO of company with not even a courtesy of any reply. Not a caring animal company.

Outstanding Customer Service at Tottenham Hale Pets at Home We recently purchased two adorable guinea pigs from the Pets at Home store in Tottenham Hale just before Christmas, and I must say the experience was absolutely delightful! Vanhya and Emma, the staff members who assisted us, were exceptionally helpful and incredibly informative. They provided us with an adequate and thorough understanding of how to care for our new pets, explaining everything from their dietary needs to habitat requirements. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine passion for animals made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Even the security guard at the store demonstrated excellent customer service etiquette, going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The whole team truly worked together to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. If you're looking for a store that values customer care and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend the Tottenham Hale Pets at Home. Their dedication and attention to detail have left a lasting positive impression on us. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

I have ordered many times for collection to Kirkcaldy store, they never let you know that your order is ready for collection. I ordered recently for delivery, money taken from my account straight away and website said my order would be delivered today 5th January. My order has not been delivered and there is no update on tracking. Terrible after service.

Do not buy fish from this shop they will be dead within days. When you try to get a refund/ replacement they will lie and twist facts to make it your fault rather than admit they sold bad fish. My aquarium has been thriving for years so I know they are knowingly selling sick animals.

I don’t know if it’s deliberate or accidental but I’ve had to challenge the till prices charged on my two recent visits. Fortunately I’m ok at mental arithmetic so could tell that the price charged didn’t match the price displayed on the shelves. I presume Pets at Home know that this is an offence under UK law. Regardless I won’t be going there again to be stiffed.

Rubbish ! Still waiting for dog food ! My dog has perscription food being he has allergies currently been feeding him turkey mince waiting for my order which was due Saturday today being Tuesday been refunded my next day delivery charge lol which they hardly ever adere to subscribed for monthly food else where unreliable been ongoing for well over a year missing parcels late delivery, fumid with them - unneeded stress in your life zero stars

I have been ordering cat litter and cat food monthly from Pets at Home. Not a single time has my order been delivered without incident. I always have to contact customer service to have an order resent because it’s not been sent, it’s lost, it’s damaged, it’s out of stock. I end up waiting weeks for items that should take 3 days. Currently been waiting 9 days for an order that is stuck on processing and when I contact customer service they say to contact live chat … and there is no one online. So frustrating!

Half of my order was left in front of my door and second half was left close to the communal bins. I found by mistake next day. I contacted Pets at Home but they don't care. They asked to complain to the delivery not to them. They don't understand that I bought from them not from delivery.
