I have ordered many times for collection to Kirkcaldy store, they never let you know that your order is ready for collection. I ordered recently for delivery, money taken from my account straight away and website said my order would be delivered today 5th January. My order has not been delivered and there is no update on tracking. Terrible after service.

Do not buy fish from this shop they will be dead within days. When you try to get a refund/ replacement they will lie and twist facts to make it your fault rather than admit they sold bad fish. My aquarium has been thriving for years so I know they are knowingly selling sick animals.

I don’t know if it’s deliberate or accidental but I’ve had to challenge the till prices charged on my two recent visits. Fortunately I’m ok at mental arithmetic so could tell that the price charged didn’t match the price displayed on the shelves. I presume Pets at Home know that this is an offence under UK law. Regardless I won’t be going there again to be stiffed.

I wanted to buy fish and they did not serve me. They served others ahead of me. Looks like they pick and choose who to serve.

Rubbish ! Still waiting for dog food ! My dog has perscription food being he has allergies currently been feeding him turkey mince waiting for my order which was due Saturday today being Tuesday been refunded my next day delivery charge lol which they hardly ever adere to subscribed for monthly food else where unreliable been ongoing for well over a year missing parcels late delivery, fumid with them - unneeded stress in your life zero stars

I have been ordering cat litter and cat food monthly from Pets at Home. Not a single time has my order been delivered without incident. I always have to contact customer service to have an order resent because it’s not been sent, it’s lost, it’s damaged, it’s out of stock. I end up waiting weeks for items that should take 3 days. Currently been waiting 9 days for an order that is stuck on processing and when I contact customer service they say to contact live chat … and there is no one online. So frustrating!

Half of my order was left in front of my door and second half was left close to the communal bins. I found by mistake next day. I contacted Pets at Home but they don't care. They asked to complain to the delivery not to them. They don't understand that I bought from them not from delivery.

Only part of my large order of cat food arrived. It has been extremely difficult to contact Pets at Home to resolve the situation. I need an immediate refund so I can order the necessary food elsewhere ASAP.

Brought my dog in for an infected hang nail, even though my dog was muzzled the vet wouldn’t even come around from the other side of her desk/ examining table to look at the paw; even after me asking her numerous times to take a look. She was either terrified of being nuzzled by a muzzled dog or thought here’s an opportunity to milk this client for hundreds of pounds. She nipped out immediately to check with her manager who equally didn’t even look at the dog or even enter the surgery but she just came back in saying yes we need to sedate her, shave the area and X-ray the area. That’s £700 pounds please. I decided to get another opinion so said no thanks, she then came out with pain meds and charged that with the examination fee £65 Subsequently discovered the pain killers prescribed should have been explained to me very carefully as they can be very dangerous if not taken with extreme caution. But I was just handed them before the vet walked off. I got some free pain killers from my second option vet along with some antibiotics for the evident swelling, all it seems could have been diagnosed by the initial vet immediately if the bloody vet had moved from her station even once!! Not going back ! Suggest you don’t go! Good luck. Jonathan.

Had a problem with a damaged cage- not their fault probably as the package was damaged. They were worried about my pets being hurt on the sharp edge. I rang customer services and they immediately dispatched another for me. So helpful- would buy from them again

Richard at the MetroCentre branch in Gateshead was so helpful, I needed help using the ingrave machine for my dogs tag, he was very patient, we talked about our pets and you can tell her is a real animal person. Great customer service, friendly face and professional.

Staff when they finally show up( after waiting over 20 minutes, with no other customers in store) to be met by the manager with the rudest attitude I have ever seen. To be asked are you waiting for something madam? And his mannerisms were appalling and customer service was zero. The girls in the Stratford-upon-Avon store are normally so nice and welcoming such a shame about the manager he could really do with some lessons from them. I certainly won't be going back as he upset us.

Pets at Home training puppy pads, they are not absorbent, when my puppy has a wee on them the liquid goes straight through to the floor. Having to double up on pads every time, I will not not be buying them again.

The staff, when you can find them, are extremely rude and condescending. I was spoken to in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. The person I encountered clearly had no intention of trying to help and could not wait to get rid of me. An absolute disgrace. I shall never enter the store again. I suggest you train your staff in basic good manners.

You are selling a hat that contains a ball , the dogs have to rip the hat apart to get the ball out, the material is a choke hazard!😡

I did an online order for something I will only need once. Web page came back as attached. Critical error order not processed but have been charged. I would be refunded. I need the item for pet health and went an extra journey to pick up item. £12 expecting refund. Then constant reminders emailed to me to pick up item which I'd already had to buy. I want the £12 back but no way to contact the company as 'Live chat' is shut down currently so now I've wasted a trip to shop, a lunchtime and now only choice is another trip to store, in an attempt top retrieve my money.
